Hey, I'm Born-To-Be-MCG, I'm a girl and I'm italian, I was born in 1991 and I registered back in 2011 to test my drawing skills and definitely to eventually get better, but my real activity dates back to the beginning of this February, when I came back after a 5 years of absence.
I started drawing very early in my life, probably at 6, back then I used to put on paper antropomorphics dogs or cats talking to each other, like they did in cartoons.
But it was around 2001 that I literally fell in love with the universe of my dreams: Dragon Ball. When they broadcasted Dragon Ball Z, in the summer afternoons I remember me and my older brother started our own drawing copybooks exclusively dedicated to the series, and page by page we improved so much, we filled around 4-5 copybooks of Dragon Ball characters each person.
We drew also other things, but Dragon Ball was before all.
This years there have been times I could draw nonstop, and times I took a rest, it depends on the situation, in my case it happens that I draw good if I'm very inspired and basically if I can see the end of the drawing I want to make before even starting it, otherwise I spend more time doing it and it's not sure it will come out cool ^ ^''
As I said Dragon Ball has always been my warhorse, but I also like to draw real life people, and actually my own style is based on it, with some Final Fantasy touch, a universe, this, (especially the VIII chapter) that I also love.
Most of my first art pieces uploaded here are sketches based on my favourite bands when I was a teenager, since music is also one of my things, and actually sometimes I write songs on my own, it relaxes me.
Talking about sketches, sometimes I create characters out of nowhere and name them for hypotetical histories that never took place, eeeh... xD
My weak spot are environments and atmospheres, I'm not that much into them, I've always focused on faces and body structure, that's why most of my drawings have a blank background, hehe!
